Plan the project carefully

Designed around your home and your priorities.

Whether you’re planning a pool-cage enclosure or a screened porch, the right scope depends on the home, the attachment points, the intended use, site access, and applicable code and permitting requirements. We’ll discuss those details before we recommend a direction.

We can review screen and frame options and coordinate work that falls within the scope of Lily Luxe Rescreen’s structural-aluminum/screen-enclosure license. Plans, engineering, foundations, electrical work, and other work outside that scope may require separate approvals or appropriately licensed professionals.

Permits and required plans vary by jurisdiction and project. We’ll identify questions to resolve with the applicable building department before work begins; no design, permit, or engineering approval is implied by this preliminary project discussion.

Our new-build conversation

1. Understand the space

We discuss the existing home, the outdoor area you’d like screened, your priorities, and the project context.

2. Review the scope

We review project requirements, materials, access, and which permits or other professionals may be needed.

3. Prepare a proposal

After reviewing the project details, we can discuss an appropriate scope and proposal for work within our license category.

Florida DBPR lists structural aluminum/screen enclosures as a specialty contractor category. License status and permitted scope should be verified with the state and local building department for the specific project. Read DBPR’s Construction Industry FAQs ↗
